What size should I buy?

We provide detailed measurements for each decorative pillow on our product pages. Measure your space and choose a size that complements your furniture and decor.

Can I track the status of my order?

Yes, once you have completed your purchase you will receive a confirmation email. This email will provide order processing information and order tracking.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Do you offer customization options for the decorative pillows?

Currently, we do not offer customization options. However, we are constantly looking to

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How long will my pillow take to ship?

Shipping times will vary based on location and time of day your order is placed.  Orders typically arrive 9-12 days after completing your purchase.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

To adjust your pillow firmness, simply purchase a firm pillow insert of the same size. Remove your existing pillow insert by unzipping your cover and replace.

Do you offer different size pillows?

We offer a variety of different pillow sizes (18"x18", 20"x12", 22"x22", etc.). Please refer to the pillow product description of your chosen design for size availability.

Do you offer a trial period for the pillows and covers?

We currently do not have a trial period for our pillow and pillow related products. However, please refer to our return and exchange policy for more information.

Are the pillows suitable for people with neck pain or other medical conditions?

While our pillows are designed to provide comfort and support, it is best to consult with a medical professional if you have specific neck pain or medical conditions for personalized recommendations.

Can I purchase just the pillow insert without a cover?
